The Old Mill

A couple of quick pictures from today. This is an old Mill that was build in 1874.

1. From the Wagon Path that ran by the Mill.

2. From the stream that used to power the Mill.

The old turbine and grist mill are still inside. The stream long ago lost too much water to run the mill. Now it sits down the hill from where a second, now closed, mill is located.

Oh, I like old mills.
There's one round here which has become one of my favourite spots for photos, too, in all seasons.
But I still need to go get an autumn view of "my" mill.
Yours here inspires me to go, mostly so the second of the two.
