My understanding is that the flare of the lights (is that what you mean by "reflection?") can be reduced by changing your aperture. If I remember correctly, the totally open aperture enhances the flare, while stopping it down will reduce it.

They are blurry because of the long exposure and wind...

just wanted to make sure we were clear on that, because i feel like a lot of people on this forum tend to overlook critical issues like that when commenting on a photo.... if you were to sell it, i dont know if that would be acceptable, but since you arent (i assume)... cool shots
