No I don't know that the child in the video had experienced bullying, I just think in that case there seems to be at least partly a medical not just cosmetic reason for surgery.

There can be a range from teasing or other typical things that kids do, to bullying that could become overwhelming. And I've been stared at along with the kid(s) I was with, people can be less than tactful sometimes. So for a parent like in the video, I can understand how there could be reason to have a concern.

And I saw a video clip of Uma on the Today show, was she ever photoshopped in that photo! lol I don't think that was plastic surgery, I don't know what was done in that picture, but it wasn't good!
