This is a thread where you can photoshop a camera ad make it look as ridiculous as you want! I doubt it will get more than like 20 posts (if that) but I think it will be fun while it lasts! Have fun.

I'll start it off with a psychedelic 40d.

now i know quite a bit about some photoshop stuff, but how on earth did you get that to perfectly mask the black on the camera.. i have a feeling i could have some fun with this if i knew how to do that.

I just did the paintbucket and then up where it says foreground I click the pulldown menu and click patterns, then pick a pattern and I set the mode on overlay and you can pick what opacity you want, it differs for differant things. I set the tolerance just high enough to cover what I want, and when it's high enough to cover what I want, it is also covering the whole thing. so I use the eraser and erase over what I don't want colored. Hope this helps. If you have questions I can try and do a tutorial with screen shots. but I've never done one so, no promises.

You could also probably use the magnetic lasso, that would cut down on the amount of erasing you would have to do.

I'm really bored so I decided to do another one. I would totally shoot with a camera like this.

Wow, I didn't realize how big those pictures were untill I looked at them on my pc. Theres a huge difference from a 24' Mac screen and a 17' laptop screen.

I love that second one. It looks so chic. I would be proud to carry it. Great job with photoshop.

Ptyler, you need to do color balance and/or selective color replacement to make that work.
