What is that, Sharon; Mesoamerican fertility icon?

Part of my elephant collection. I have about 30 elephant figurines collected from all over. That is the smallest one and one of my first. Got it in Miami about 20 years ago. I know they're sometimes seen as fertility icons but that is not why I started collecting them. Here's the front. This one is a little smaller than a golf ball.
