Mamiya 22 megapixel camera

The body includes a replaceable IR filter that can be removed and exchanged for a low-pass filter by the end-user
WOW!

The raw files are in the neighborhood of 30-40MB so a 4GB CF card would hold around 100 shots.
Not too bad at all :D

Image sensor size is 48x26mm and is made by Dalsa, with 21.8 total and 21.5 active pixels
Not quite medium format sized... but close enough.

Well, go buy one, and tell us how you like it! G'wan, dip into Noah's college fund!!!!

ISO range is 50-400

I would expect higher ranges of ISO for that kind of machine!
All the medium format digital backs are like that. I dont know if it is because of the sensor size or that market doesn't need the higher ISO. You definately wouldn't need it in a studio.

I'm still trying to figure that out. I was reading about it on Luminous Landscape and they said "Assuming that the final price is as aggressive as rumoured, this camera will certainly challenge Canon's recently announced 16 Megapixel 1Ds MK II among some editorial and fashion photographers, as well as those shooting weddings, product, feature and similar work."
