the first one looks awesome! but the 2nd seems a little too fake for my liking... good PS work though

Photobug the locale is DC.
Dalebe, no plugins I used two pics and just did a cut and paste. I used curves to change the look of the clouds.

I love that second one. Really makes the columns stand out. I'd love to learn how to do this. I'm just so stupid when it comes to PS!
