    One of my favourites - getting excited about spring round the garden

    It's the female that looks drab - the lads dress up!
    Not so many sparrows about - then suddenly about thirty appear - just like London buses.

    Hedge (Dunnock) and house sparrows.​

    Interesting composition in that first one, with the branch running diagonally like that. I take it he was waiting his turn at the feeder?
