Thoughts please? (second shooter of a wedding)

These are some shots from last saturday. Im looking for ANYTHING I can get. The good and the bad. Just looking for advice to better myself!

The grooms mom and step dad are the couple on the left hand side of this picture.

The hand image is cute, but I find its way too much to the right of the frame.

I find alot of the other images are pretty blown out, as in the whites are too white and you have lost detail. When exposing for an outdoor shot like that, specially a wedding where you have whites and blacks, its hard to get a consistent exposure. Watch where you are metering from and try and get in some test shots and check your histogram to see if the whites are clipped.
