Thread titles view question

Just curious why some threads will show the tags like Agree, Informative, Winner etc. when looking in the main view (such as when you click on Active Topics) while others, like this one: The three Amigo s Photography Forum
do not show anything even though the thread contains several tags (if that's what they're called).

OK now the likes are visible for that thread. I must be losing my mind. I did go in and view it and "like" it, could that make a difference? Really not a big deal, just curiosity on my part.

Refresh rate?

If you're scrolling through the main forum page, it won't update when you Go Back One Page to it. During the times your gallivanting around other threads, the Likes and Agrees and Winners get tagged, but your main page is not refreshed to show them.
