I'm definitely getting into a black and white phase.

The dog is adorable ... the expression is nice, patiently wait for you to do ... whatever it is that the master is always doing with that gizmo he carries around on his neck but whatever.

I like the toning in the image, and the texture and curl patterns in the fur are great but could be wonderful, but unfortunately I think maybe they're out of focus or have some handheld motion blur? And the DOF doesn't seem to capture all of his fur.

If you can reshoot (I know, tough to get dogs to sit still ), I'd like to see it again.

I was 'going for that' with the DOF, but I can see how it might look better had she been entirely in focus.

I saw the focus problem, but I didn't want to trash it (in fact, I didn't add any sharpening in post). Despite it being slightly blurry, I still like it.

If she cooperates, I may have to try this one again.
