An old snow fence in a field always attracts the attention of my lens. It was late afternoon between thunderstorms so I took a stroll into this field and found this old relic. The colours were enhanced in Photoshop. I managed to get home before the next flood.

First I have to say, wonderful shot. Love the colors, and love the textures. The only apparent problem to me is that, even if it is a hill and the land was not flat, there's still an illusion of an unbalanced horizon that really disorients me. See how it looks with that corrected.

I love the imaginary diagonal line going across the image, and the photo has so many little areas of interest, it'll keep the viewer's eyes in the frame for quite a while.

Thanks so much for your input. I'll go and see about that horizon.
