    Do you think it's oversharpened?

EDIT: Might help to include the image :p

It IS way sharp, but the edges of the higher, less windswept and better-lit-by-the-sun clouds still don't show any halos, so I think I can live with your sharpening here just so the difference between the whispy, windswept, darker, low hanging clouds and the distant ones higher up comes about.

Way over, but great as an abstract image.

That looks much better. Nice contrast between the puffy and wispy clouds.

Well, I had grown quite fond of the oversharpening (here!) ... though I do admit the second version looks more natural.
But less dramatic and less abstract.
Now it much depends on what you wanted to achieve...

second one looks more natrual...but i like the contrast in the first......give me an impact sort of feel with the super sharpening....second image is natural but lack of that feeling

Another vote for the first one. I'd go for dramatic rather than realistic. Hey, it's clouds.
