too close, too square, but dose it work?

    even lacking a great angle this one is just.. i dunno what do you think?
    too de-saturated?

    I like it, but it looks to me like it was sharpened too much or something.

    It would work for me if more of the dog was in focus.

    Yea that's a tough one because the eye and the fur around the eye look awesome. But the nose is out of focus, largly out of focus, and the angle isn't really working...also, I think it is cropped way too close to his mouth. Maybe to save t you could try an artistic crop around the eye and ear?
