Total lunar eclipse less than 24 hours away! WAHOO!

    are any of you planning to watch this thing/take any pictures of it if you can? i didn't even know this was going to be happening this weekend, and i don't have my camera with me, not that i thought i would really get anything good anyway. i've tried before... it didn't work out. :p there's also a meteor shower afterward. neat stuff!

    Astrology, astronomy...... aren't they interchangable??? :goodvibe:

    The weather here is totally overcast.....I'm the sort that has set her alarm at 4:30 AM and camped out on the driveway to catch a good meteor shower, but won't bother this time. :cry:

    Would love to see someone's efforts at photographing this event, if anyone has that kind of gear!

    We've had a pretty good show, the moon is almost in full view again!
    Unfortunately, I don't have the equipment to have caught any of it! :guilty:
    For quite a while you could really see the shadow, pretty cool stuff!

    Too much cloud cover to see anything. Never mind there's always next year :lol:

    yeah there's one in may that we can't see here in the states and another in october next year. i have till then to get good at taking moon shots. :p
