tripod

hey..im about to get a new tripod..cause mine sux..heh..some cheap old 20 dollar tripod that broke a long time ago... anyway.. im using a pretty decent camera... nikon f100 24-120mm nikkor lens.. and i was looking for a tripod...

i don't know really ..what to look for in a tripod....what kind of top name brands are out there?..

i guess..im lookin for a pretty decent tripod... maybe two of them..one small one for easy carry..and one big one for standing shots...

or if its out there.. a tripod that has a wide range.. i just need some options to look at

i think you really need a good tripod..
$20..i dont think it is save enough for you24-120 lens

Manfortto or Gitzo
are best choices

P.S. I am using 190D+352RC (this is a low price matching but it is too heavy)

I just bought a Manfrotto 55CL to use with a ballhead I got last year. Very sturdy. I think it's the same as a Bogen 190?

yeah..i eventually got a bogen 3030 ...and some other thing..i forgot the model number of the other... all in all..it costs 200 bucks..with a discount etc.. o well =\
