My cousin works on top of that building. I used to be a regular there.

As for the copyright issue, I do not think there would be an issue unless you plan to sell the image.

I love the picture. It feels like you got the whole building in there which I am sure was no easy feat. Were the clouds like that or did you make them.
    Cool picture.

The clouds were like that, though I did enhance them in PS. I did not however enhance the reflection of the clouds in the building, so you can see that they were actually there.

Thanks for the comment elsaspet...getting the entire building WAS quite a challenge as well as getting a perspective I liked.

That really doesn't make me want to critique your photo FYI. Most people are pretty friendly and on the chatty side. Meaning your critique will come along with some extra conversation. But that's just my opinion, you can do as you please.

I'm fairly certain that since the building is in the public's view it is free from most copyright protections. (a very basic explanation For a better place to ask such a question, try the "General Photography and Camera Q & A" forum.

Maybe I didn't word that post properly...sorry you read it that way.

I was just refering to the Copyright part of my question. I figured maybe I posted it in the wrong place or something. I wasn't trying to discourage chat. I am chatty and enjoy the chatting. That is what this place is for. :)

If anyone else read this the wrong way, I would like to applogize.
