well firefox doesnt let me check the exif, but from what i can tell, you used a slow shutter speed and the flash went off on first and second curtain making a ghosting effect of the person in the backround

One second shutter speed, aperture f/3.5, ISO 100, focal length was 14mm. You were in an automatic Creative mode and your camera and flash were in automatic mode.
