Tucan Pete?

    We raise parrots and have a lot of friends that are bird lovers. Here is a snapshot really of a friends Tucan named Pete. (not Sam :) ) Since the bird has a coal black body and such a colorfull head and body I thought it might look good like this:

    It's a shame I had to shoot him in his cage, but he was not in a friendly mood.

    Nikon D1X, 24-120mm AF-D zoom, ISO 800, available light. F/4 @ 1/20 sec. handheld

    When Pete is in a slightly less grumpy mood, I would love to see a picture of him out of his cage. He is gorgeous.

    (I cheated and rested my hand against the open door of his cage.) You just do what you gots ta do. Right? :lol:
