Turtles and a Duck

    Not too much going on. Just got this lens yesterday and the body 4 days ago so I felt compelled to go find something to practice on. Turtles offered an easy subject and the ducks gave me some focusing practice. Let me know what I need to work on.


    Canon 50D with Sigma 150 macro

    The second pic, which is a mallard, is a very nice shot. I love how crisp this image is, especially the shine on his feathers.

    The turtles don't do much for me, but they're turtles and they camouflage!:)
