Ugly or not

    These are few from a weekend of camping. To me these are some wicked looking creatures (the vulchers). Has anyone seen a squirrel like this or is it a squirrel.

    It resembles a squirrel, but I've never seen one those colours. Pretty nifty though :)

    THANKS I've never seen one like it either. Thinking it may be mixed, maybe one of those cousin things :>)

    I like the vultures. I think fascinating is a better word as opposed to wicked or ugly. The poor squirrel looks worked. Have only seen the standard squirrels. That guy is worth investigating.

    From the neck down, the "squirell" looks like the monkey from 'Friends'.

    Funny you say that cause we thought it was a monkey at first, the way it acted and ran. After I zoomed in I saw that it was not a monkey. He stood probably 18 inches tall, so that's rather large for a squirrel and the tail was really long and thin.

    That looks like a squirrel from a horror movie.. and they were running around near where your tent.

    Very Scary..

    Damn I seen some crack head looking squirrels in the bronx but this one takes the cake!!
