Unidentifiable lens

So i got this lens at a thrift store and cant find any information on it. i think its a nikon mount, but i have no idea. all that i no is that its a Promatic 135mm f/2.8-22 lens. I am wondering if it is a nikon mount, if its a good lens and maybe what its worth.

Looks like the F mount, mount it and see what happens.

Looks to be a non-AI F mount. (you can tell by the solid ears on the side) It will fit on a Nikon camera but not on the newer ones (except the D40 and D60 I think- Google is your friend here)

If you have a newer Nikon and want to use this then do a search for DIY AI-ing.

DO NOT put this on your camera unless you know it is ok to do so otherwise you will likely damage you camera.
