Not all speedlights have the right port to plug one of those into it though.

Speedlights have a lot less power than most Studio strobes.

Be careful to not melt your speedlight with 'unlimited pops', they don't have cooling fans like good Studio strobes do. ;)
 
Speaking of... a friend of mine was using a bare flash to do some macro work on a dead rose and actually lit the rose on fire with a few well-timed flash pops. Yeah... unlimited and speedlights don't mesh too well.

dam that flash must have been really close to the rose, or he must have been using a pretty powerful unit. That must have made for an interesting shot.
