Upgrade camera or lens?

Canon 70d with 300mm f/4. What do you upgrade first?

Well no problems. I'm just seeing in general what people would opt for first.

For me I do mainly BIF.

I went to a Tamron 150-600, though getting a prime has it's advantages.

I also had a 300/4 (for Nikon) but I mostly used that for portraiture and solar shots. So I had to ask what you used yours for first.

He shoot Birds In Flight and I have heard good things about the Tamron 150-600.

The Tamron 150-600 is a great lens. But it is at it's sharpest at f/8 across the range. So it's a good "general" long reach lens. As it always seems, primes are always better.
