uploading photos - I'm still lost??

Hope someone can help. I've read everything here as to how to post images, I've asked this question of the moderators, but I'm still lost. What I'd like to be able to do is add the full size image into my post as I've seen others do here at the forum (not just a thumbnail). I'm able to add an attachment without problem. I must be missing something?? I am a paid member so that can't be an issue. Help?

There are a couple ways you can do it. You'll want to be in the in the Advanced view (not using the quick reply to a thread that's already started).

To attach a photo you simply click on the "Attachment" button to the right of the emoticon button and then simply browse to your photo and upload it.

My preference is to use the "Insert Image" button. If you have the image already uploaded to another website you can simply click that button and enter the url for the image. It will then appear in your post. You can also use this option in the quick reply box. The code to do this manually would be <IMG>http://www.thephotoforum.com/image.jpg</img> (where <> would be replaced with [] and of course thephotoforum.com/image.jpg would be replaced with the full path to your image ).
