Uploading raw video files

I am new to the videography world and I shot some video in RAW unknowingly, for a vlog I want to start. I am not able to access the files (they are grey when I try to upload). I have a mac, and I want to use the program Wondershare FILMORA to edit. Any suggestions?

Convert them to something that can be read, first; raw files are not images, only data. The thumbnails you see are embedded image files.

What camera/device did you use to do the video? The device should come with a basic download program?
Once it's downloaded it will be in some form that can be edited.
