Urgent - NeatImage Help Please

Ok so I took approximately 120 pics of my neigbors daughter this week; today I've been sitting here, NeatImging all of them and what do I see.. some of them are completely destroyed after the process, I've attached one example. The weird thing - the preview in Windows shows the perfect 'neat' Image; when I open it with Photoshop it's completely out of whack. Anybody any ideas what might have happened? It's only about 10 out of a ton of pictures.. I appreciate any help right now.

EOS_JD, no I was running it on its own.. I've spent 3 hrs last night trying to figute it out. The problem was, I had, of course, worked with layers in the picture and had not flattened it before running them in NeatImage.. it's all fixed now, thank you.
