Valley Forge Pictures for C&C

Wow that looks awesome what did you use to do it? I tried cloning them out with the clone tool in photoshop but it wasn't going to well :D

Well, I am one of the only ones that uses CorelDraw's PhotoPaint. Industry standards are the Adobe products, but our newspaper editor started us out on PCs and Corel v2.2 back some nearly 20 years ago, before clone tools were created! You had to copy and paste areas you wanted to work with.

I have PP v12 at home, now...the program has come a long way from version 2.2!

I find the areas that have trees and greenery to be the easiest to clone. The walkway that has a slightly tilted angle is a bit trickier, sky tones are sometimes the most difficult because the color grades subtley, and matching is tough.
 
I Like #1 the best. I think if you would experiment with HDR on that photo you would get an amazing picture! Try it and post it up if you get a chance to go back out there.
