Whatever is in the top left corner is distracting

Personally I would like to see more of the road in this pic

Hit the nail right on the head.

That and the entire shot seems a bit soft, which, with the right lighting would have proved beneficial, but the lighting just isn't 'celestial' enough for the soft look to work.

Still a nice shot though, don't get me wrong!

It looks to me like the softness is caused by the artifacts in the shot. I wonder if this was saved and re-saved as a JPEG a few times.

Actually, it was also shot at f/2.8 so that's probably contributing.

I do like the shot though.

The horizon line is really the only gripe I have with it, other than that, I do like it. The softness, well it isn't that bad, I mean sharper would have been a bit better here, but it's not bad.

Straighten the Horizon line and you are good to go

I missed that. You're right. Thanks.

Right about the softness. Thanks, I appreciate your comment.

Yup, saved and resaved an f/2.8 shot. That'll do it. Thanks for looking.

I appreciate yours and all the comments. Back to the drawing board. :)
