    I caught this one yesterday in a nearby preserve. He was perched on top of an old dead pine.

    Your hands must be rock solid. A great capture though for me the face is slightly too dark but I don't expect you to control light shooting at 400mm!

    Great catch! Mind if I play around with the contrast a bit?

    edited to add: Never mind. Looks like my software can't improve on what you already have. Anyway, good catch of an opportunity that presented itself. :)

    VERY nice , Wish it was my shot. I would love to shoot birds but my 300mm lens on a film body is to short.
