Dude, Kodak Carousel is a Slide Projector, not a movie projector.

I have a "portable" 35mm Holmes projector. The top (feed) film box folds down. It's gold & black. Serial number 4832. Circa 1930-40's. Everythng seems to work (bulb, motor, film transport). The front projection lens is missing but it seems to be complete otherwise. No sound head (doesn't appear to have ever had sound capability).

I am looking for any information on this item as well as what a reasonable estimate of it's worth.

Pleae contact me at either 210-254-4146 or [email protected].

I have a Holmes 35mm P1500 in excellent condition from the 1920's. It is a silent film, though I have been told it has sound capability, adding what I can't find. I am looking for information and wondered if you or anyone else can help me with this. I found one on ebay that sold for $1000 and was in horrible shape. Hope you found your info! I realize it has been quite awhile since you posted, but I thought if yours was answered?

Dude, this is a 2004 thread and his last forum activity was recorded on march of 2004, I do not think he even remember this forum.
