it looks like something fell on the hood, or maybe someone sat on it and wrinkled it.

no. it is just reflection

reflection? no that looks like a dent to me on the driver's (left side in the US) hood crease. (not that it matters) it's just someone pointed it out. sorry the picture just doesn't do anything for me. it's not carefully done!
