    I busted out my 18-55mm at sunset time here and I am really happy with this first one. The second one is a Blue Heron I believe, correct me if I am wrong. Thanks in advance. Danny

    Does indeed look like a blue heron. We have had a few of these monster birds in our front yard. Might as well have the spruce goose in my garage. :lol:

    I like the first shot a lot... people are a little distracting. I don't think I would have put the heron so close to center frame, there. Still, looks pretty sharp.
