both of them look good, but i like the grayscale one better. not just because i'm into b/w photography, but it adds kind of a lonely and deserted mood to the picture which it kind of is already in the first place.

With the person, the B&W defiantly gives it a more lonely mood, however, I love all the different colors in the walls, fences, buildings, etc. I would go back and take a color pic without the person. Not that one would be better then the other, just different.
