I just stumbled on your request from 2009 by accident in a Google search. Did you ever get a copy of the report you were after? I can give you a link to download it as a pretty poor but readable scanned PDF but I will have to get the link from my home computer. There are a number of these reports dealing with Agfa but this is the only one I have ever been able to find on the net - the rest seem to be accessible only in person at research libraries like the Library of Congress in Washington and I think the National Media Museum in London might also have them.
