Wanting a flash for my D3200

As I was going through the menu options in my D3200 and find out that it doesn't have commander mode. My initial thought was to get a flash with slave capabilities but now that's not needed.

My new thought is to use a wireless hot shoe trigger. What flash and wireless trigger should i get for $100 (flash) or less & $50 (trigger) or less that has a positional head?
