Wanting to get much better! C&C please

These are just a couple of shots... I can use all the critiquing I can get. I really want to improve my photography skills!

First and last images aren't showing (red x's), but the two middle ones are very nice. My only critique would be that the boy's face is a tad washed out.......but getting perfect exposures on faces is something even pros have difficulty with. Nice work, keep at it!

I agree with pugnacious...work on changing your white balance...that will help with the color of the boys face as I think it looks a little blue. The picture with the little girl and the bubbles is adorable, however I would've loved to have seen the background blurred a little more so work with your depth of field a little more
