    Here is another one from Alaska.

    Details are:

    Canon 1D (4MP)
    100-400mm L IS
    1.4x Tele

    Shot at 460mm (from EXIF)

    Handheld at 1/60 sec and f 8.0

    I would have to say the IS kicked in for this one.

    Would love to know what you think.

    Very nice shot. I really like the Bobcat or Lynx or whatever it is as well. Very clear and crisp.

    I love the Canon 1D. It does a great job for clear and crisp.

    I absolutely love the photo of that lynx!
    I find them beautiful animals to begin with, and I really like the way you captured this one ... all on the alert, not quite sure whether to run or whether to explore you! I really like that one. May I "steal" it from you and put it onto my computer (giving it your name, of course!)?
