Hi folks. I was looking to get this effect:

But I forget how. I thought it was water and glycerine mixed together but I might be wrong. I can't find any information.

you can also just use plain water and a spray bottle. Another neat trick if you want to get shots of flowers with bees and butterflies is to use sugar water. The insects will be more attracted to it and will stay longer

You are correct. A glycerine/water mixture beads much easier than water alone. Something to do with greater surface tension I suspect. Not sure of the ratio though...

Isn't jello also glycerine. I don't remeber for sure but I have a vague recollection of it. YOu could have color coordinated water if it is.

Jello is gelatine. The same stuff as film stock. Basically melted down animal bits.
Glycerine is also known as glycerol, which is an alcohol.
