My D60 is like a limb to me. But we have rain for weeks at a time here and I can't risk losing it to the elements. Do you know of any good waterproof cases for it?

Hm... You talking a case like a camera bag, or a case like a cover that provides better weather-sealing so you can use it in the rain?

If you're talking about for storage, then you might check out Pelican brand cases, they're fully waterproof. If you're talking about for shooting look at the Aqua Tech rain cover. It fits over the camera and lens to keep it dry while shooting.

A simple trash bag. It works every time.

I was looking for something to shoot while scuba diving. Not just something to cover it in the rain. I found one and it works like a dream! Unfortunately I bought it for my D60 and now I shoot mostly with my D3S, but my D60 (since its equipped) goes on my scuba diving adventures.
