Wedding in Mexico

Got hired to do a destination wedding in Mexico. Besides declaring all the my gear with customs, and checking with the resort about an outside photographer fee, is there anything else I need to know about bringing all my gear across the border, and shooting the wedding legally?

I would have done that years ago…But I'd rather not have all my gear confiscated. Anyone have any experience with this?

I suggest you call Mexican Consulate and check on their restrictions for import.

Keep some bribery money separate from your every day cash in case you get pulled over. You don't want them knowing how much money you have on you. Have your insurance paid up before you leave.
