Wedding Photography

Hello guys. I was asked by my uncle to shoot some of his wedding photos. I was wondering if you guys had any tips for me and what I might need, and any ideas on what to actually take pictures of.

Do a google search for "beginning wedding photography" or something similar, and you will find a treasure trove of information. There are sites with checklists, technique advice, so on and so forth, so just search around and you will find a lot of good info.

There is also a thread on here somewhere that is full of good wedding photography advice.

the first step to wedding photography is not committing to a wedding until you know what your doing.... if you go in as the main photographer, and dont know what your doing, you can ruin the memories of a wedding... you should shadow someone for a while.
