They all look awesome especially #7. I guess you don't live too far away from Paris course I know theres railway connection between UK and France.

    Cheers for the comment..

It was my wife's 30th birthday treat.. We live in the northwest of the uk so we really had to fly to CDG airport, then we used the train to get to the eiffel tower area and hotel..

Number 5 is my favorite. It looks like the brown building is peeking around the glass. It doesn't look like the weather was very happy that day, though.

I like these, especially the one of the Louvre - old vs. new of course, but the distorted reflection is great, it makes the front of the building look like it's shedding an old skin to reveal a nice new one underneath.

I'm having a small nostalgia-fest over the Eiffel Tower pics. Once upon a time, about 25 years ago, I slept in one of the postcard booths under the tower, after hitch-hiking to Paris and arriving after midnight. All the hotels were full because it was the Armistice Day weekend, and being November it was a little chilly... :) Do they still allow skateboarding down the slopes in the foreground of number 7?

They are *ALL* great shots, but my favorite would have to be #7. The lights just look magnificent.

I like the "new and improved" version of 7!

Thanks for the comments guys, means a lot..

The weather was dry but overcast, rained later in the day.. As far as I could see KevinDks they weren't any skateboarders around. Whether it was prohibited or the fact that it was 11:30pm I don't know.. Lots of rollerbladers about though..

    Thanks again all...
