Welding pics with Digital??? HELP!!!

I need some info on taking welding pics with a digital camera. Has anyone here done it? Please check out my previous post (link below) and let me know if you have any ideas. PLEASE!!!

Are you taking the picture solely on digital, or both digital and film? What camera are you using?

Soley digital with my Canon 10D. I don't want to be forced to use film with this because I'm sure I will need to shoot/bracket between 20-30 shots to get "just that perfect" one.

The most important thing when doing wedding pictures is scouting the location and talking to the party. Is it indoors or outdoors? If outdoors, what time of day? Also make sure you attend the rehearsal and take some test shots. The last wedding I did the bride and groom wanted their picture in front of a huge window, the only problem being at that time of day the sun would be coming directly through. Don't be afraid to make suggestions if there is a problem. Good luck
