Photos NOT OK to edit
The title says everything. In my country there isn't much laws about the photographer's work, so i want to know how it works in other parts of the world.

Laws regarding what? Copyright? Having a photography business? Doing photo shoots? What photographers are allowed to shoot?

US Copyright law is federal law and applies equally to all 50 states.
Model, property, and right of publicity (often called personality rights) laws vary with each state, so there are 50 somewhat different versions.
As alluded to, then there is business law, publication law, privacy laws, etc.

You can read the various photography laws - country by country, or state by state - by using Internet search engines.

This is a very deep subject, but I've posted some links that may help you. If you find one website too technical, skip that one and try another one. Depending on what exactly you are looking for, you should be able to get an idea of how it works in the U.S.
