I am wanting to get a battery pack grip for my D90 so when I shoot video I will have a back up battery. I know there is the M80 by Nikon, but have any of you had any luck with the other brands which are a lot cheaper?

    Cheers

Spend the money and get the Nikon grip. Do a search. This has been covered not to long ago. It might help out in your decision.

I bought a canon grip for my xti, a great decision, although i haven't tried any other company's grips, this one works and works well.
