What camera fits this lens???

I found this lens in my garage and there was no camera body with it. it is a fujinon ITV f1.8 20-100mm. it looks awesome but i dont know what kind of body it fits onto, anybody know? Is this lens any good?

Are there any other numbers written on it. Like serial number etc.
I can't actually find this lens in particular on the web.
 
I dont know about a serial # right now, Im at work (figures, as I waste time on TPF) i can look later. I searched the web abit too and found nothing. this thing is solid too, it has potential to become a frankencamera.
 
Actually I did a bit more looking around, and it might be a lens for a CCTV camera. But I still can't find this ITV series. Strange.
That mount is called a "C mount".

Hey, that looks like a screw mount to me, just find the right filter size and attach it to the end of another lens
 
Could be for an old cine camera. I've got a couple (not that lens make) and they have that little zoom handle too.
Pentax and Practika used to do screw threads, I think Leica did too, back in the days before bayonets. Don't know what the diameters were.
