I have 16 varieties of heirloom tomatoes in 15 gallon black containers. This has been a bad year for them due to weather weirdness and critter explosion.:( However, the fungal lifeforms are having a wonderful time. I found this mushroom growing out of the base of one of the containers. Maybe I should switch crops?

You might want to consider it ... by the success you are having with your fungal lifeforms ... this is a very "ugh!"-variety of a fungus ... ... not one I'd fall in love with easily!
