what is a Print Whistle?

Anyway heard of a Print Whistle?? I have been challenged to find out what it is, but am not having any success.

Everytime you want her to sit do the whistle and put her in the sit command and offer your hand signal.We used to walk round and round a field pratising sitting to whistle.I know what your talking about but I've never had anyone use that term.
