What is considered a 100% crop ?

Can someone please explain what is a 100% crop ?

For example, I use Fastone Stone as my image viewer.

When I open an image from the D750 it gives full screen view,
and shows a magnification of approx 25%.

If I zoom in until it shows magnification of 100% ... then make a crop of any area
of the screen ... would that be considered a 100% crop ?

A 100% crop is when you view the photo at 100% and then take a crop of that view to show. It this shows the "fullsize" image quality of an area without you having to upload the fullsized photo.
